Jing Yaa Tang showcases the country's distinctive regional cuisines in a striking theatrical setting. Part chef and part poet, Chef Li Dong’s mastery of Peking Duck and reimagined classics have received Michelin-star recognition. You'll find thought-provoking menus and seasonal specialities, inspired by traditional Chinese cooking and the local ingredients Chef Li discovers on his travels throughout the provinces.
