Salisterra is teaming up with Shanghai-based Yaya’s Pasta for a dinner menu takeover from 27 – 29 June 2025, showcasing a blend of bold Chinese and Mediterranean flavours through cross-cultural culinary artistry.

Stay into the night with Moonlight in the Green Room – an after party featuring refreshing Osmanthus Lane Martini—a mixture of Peddler’s Shanghai Craft Gin, yellow wine, oolong tea, and Lillet Blanc. The sweeter Peach Crumble is crafted with Peddler’s Salted Plum Gin, peach, grapefruit, vanilla, and a dash of Cinnamon.
