Salisterra embodies the very essence of the Mediterranean, capturing the vast richness that defines the palates of the region. Guided by Chef Ricardo Chaneton, our menu draws inspiration from his Italian heritage, and celebrates the culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, spanning the coastal areas of Spain, Italy, France, and Greece. Savour bold, contemporary dishes crafted from fresh ingredients harvested at the peak of their seasonality, reflecting the unique terroir of the land and the sea.

Crafted with House-made ingredients including pickles, infused tinctures and seasonal garnishes, Salisterra cocktails are the perfect accompaniment to dazzling city lights. Signature nibbles such as patata bravas, pan con tomate and padron peppers are not to be missed.

We’re proud to be a Founding Collective Member of Belu Hong Kong, a UK-based social enterprise, with the installation of a water filtration system at Salisterra. For a nominal charge, guests can enjoy unlimited still or sparkling filtered water, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and single-use bottles. Social impact is also created, with 100% of Belu’s profits donated to global water charity, WaterAid, which helps bring clean water to communities worldwide.
