Salisterra is the essence of the sea and the land. This contemporary Mediterranean menu, showcases dishes with authentic ingredients both familiar and far-flung. Guided by chef Ricardo Chaneton’s time in Denia, Spain on the coast of Costa Blanca and Menton, France in Côte d’Azur, his passion for the region’s cuisine is driven by his Italian heritage and love for cooking from the heart. The flavours and cooking styles are inspired by the distinct seasonality and traditions of the Mediterranean, brought to you within the beauty and comfort of our dining room.

The Upper House partners with London’s iconic Hotel Café Royal to bring the quintessential English afternoon tea experience to Hong Kong at Salisterra. Enjoy the decadent affair with array of savoury delights and sweets guided by recipes from Hotel Café Royal’s Executive Pastry Chef Loic Carbonnet.

Crafted with House-made ingredients including pickles, infused tinctures and seasonal garnishes, Salisterra cocktails are the perfect accompaniment to dazzling city lights. Signature nibbles such as patata bravas, pan con tomate and padron peppers are not to be missed.

We’re proud to be a Founding Collective Member of Belu Hong Kong, a UK-based social enterprise, with the installation of a water filtration system at Salisterra. For a nominal charge, guests can enjoy unlimited still or sparkling filtered water, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and single-use bottles. Social impact is also created, with 100% of Belu’s profits donated to global water charity, WaterAid, which helps bring clean water to communities worldwide.
