Bold designer vibes and a dramatic spiral staircase entrance set the tone at Sui Tang Li. Here, creative modern dim sum and reimagined Chinese classics take the spotflight. 

Chef Tony Ye’s kitchen blends Cantonese, Sichuanese and Shanghainese influences with surprising artisanal ingredients for dishes that are playful, imaginative and punchy. Savour baskets of 5J Cinco Jotas xiaolongbao, dine family style on braised beef short rib or tuck into a bowl of double-boiled Matsutake soup with Tofu. 

Pair small bites, divine dumplings and shared plates with a craft cocktail, wine or Chinese wine and tea off our curated drinks list based on the Chinese Five Elements.
