• Eligible Cardholders are required to present their Eligible Card during check-in or upon check-out for The Upper House’s verification purposes. Credit Amenity may not be retroactively applied. Credit Amenity must be confirmed prior to stay. Credit Amenity is subject to room availability at the time of booking.

• Credit Amenity may not be used at any third party vendors or against the room rate or service charge. 
• Credit Amenity is offered based on per room per night basis. Each Eligible Cardholder can book a maximum of 2 rooms per stay. No maximum number of nights per stay.
• Any unused Credit Amenity may not be carried over and may not be exchanged for cash or refund.
