Salisterra X Hole Foods Afternoon Tea
The afternoon tea features Hole Foods’ exclusive strawberry & cream doughnut made with locally grown handpicked strawberries, complemented with Chef Cary Docherty’s Oyster Pi’ boy, an homage to the iconic pineapple bun with battered oyster, as well as typhoon shelter crab on toast, ‘jambon et beurre’ made with local lap cheong, topped off with peanut opera, strawberry éclair and mandarin bavarois with almond sponge.
