Baking Maniac make their debut at The Upper House with the launch of their level 6 pop-up until 31 December 2022, with menu highlights that include their legendary s’mores made with blow-torched meringue, and candy cane cake pops enrobing chocolate ganache in crushed peppermint.

Guests will be able to take the festive fun home with them, with an advent calendar created especially for the House, and gingerbread house and Christmas cookie decorating kits, hot chocolate bombs and much more, available for purchase.

 

Adding an extra layer of decadence to the time-honoured tradition of afternoon tea, Salisterra’s talented pastry team partner with Baking Maniac to add a festive twist to this classic treat. The mother-and-son team have created s’mores and candy cane cake-pops, to complement Salisterra’ s scrumptious finger sandwiches, chestnut Mont Blanc, vanilla cream & red fruit Christmas tree, topped off with cinnamon vanilla eggnog and mulled wine.
