COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update

Your health and safety, and that of our team members, remain our top priority. In light of the recent COVID-19 developments and the Government’s enhanced social distancing measures, we would like to take a moment to highlight the steps we are taking to provide a safe and comfortable environment.

In addition to the on-going sanitising procedures and temperature checks, all visits must be recorded with the “LeaveHomeSafe” App upon arrival to The Upper House. All guests must fulfil the latest Government COVID-19 Vaccine Pass requirement for entry. As part of the Vaccine Pass Program, medically monitored guests will be subject to “Amber Code” restrictions. As such they will not be able to access the hotel dining (Salisterra, The Continental and FAMILY FOOD Level 6 Pop-Up), bar, lounge, gym and wellness facilities. Regretfully, these restrictions will not permit free movement within areas that require a vaccine pass to be presented upon entry.

In compliance with the recent update by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD), gatherings of eight guests or more, irrespective of multiple table assignment must provide a negative RAT result, by way of photographic evidence detailing the person's full name and the date of test, obtained within 24 hours, or a negative polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test (PCR) result issued within 48 hours prior to entering The Upper House restaurants.

Salisterra and The Continental welcome 8 guests per table and operate the following hours:
Salisterra Restaurant and Bar | 6:30am -11:59pm daily
The Continental | Monday – Friday, 12pm – 11:59pm, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, 11am – 11:59pm

Following recent updates to the government’s quarantine measures for inbound travellers, we welcome guests that are completing their mandatory four day medical surveillance period to our House. Kindly notify our team of the purpose of your stay in order that we may better manage your experience in accordance with public health guidelines and decree.

Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconveniences these precautionary measures may cause. For the latest updates, please continue to visit our websites.
