COVID-19 Update

Your health and safety, and that of our team members, remain as always our top priority. In light of the recent development of the COVID-19 Omicron variant and the Government’s enhanced social distancing measures, we would like to take a moment to highlight the steps we are taking to provide a safe and comfortable environment. 

With immediate effect, in addition to the on-going sanitising procedures, temperature checks, travel history checks and Health & Travel Declaration form. All visits must be recorded with the “LeaveHomeSafe” App upon arrival. Effective from 24 February 2022, guests must have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine for entry. Vaccine record must be presented upon arrival.  

For the purpose of public health and the wellbeing of our guests as well as team members, we regret that we do not accept bookings for guests who have travelled to regions outside of Chinese mainland, Macau in the last 14 days, guests who are required to undergo compulsory quarantine, or guests who live in residential buildings with confirmed cases listed on Hong Kong Department of Health website. 

Salisterra and The Continental are available for dine in until 6pm daily under Types C and D Modes of Operation. Lunch and brunch service in The Continental are extended until 4pm. For guests booking Type D zone, at least two-thirds of the party must have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. Proof of vaccination is required upon arrival to be seated. Takeaway service is available from 12pm to 10pm daily.
