Farm-to-Table MICHELIN Tasting Menu

To celebrate the Year of the Rabbit, we are pleased to present "Joy in the House", a living art exhibition by Taiwanese artist Qi Yun at MICHELIN-starred restaurant Mi Xun Teahouse, with a Farm-To-Table tasting menu created by Chef Tony Xu and his team based on the seasonal harvest grown in Qi Yun's farm. The tasting menu fulfils a sustainable concept with traceable ingredients, achieving a zero-waste model in the kitchen.

"I hope in the future, all the ingredients from the land can be transformed into an outstanding dining experience without any wastage at Mi Xun Teahouse. We will continue to incorporate seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients to create a better version of the world we live in." Says Chef Tony.
