City of Teahouses and Textiles

Nicknamed Brocade City for its rich traditions of weaving, modern-day Chengdu has a reputation for laidback living and a thriving creative scene – urban streetwear, edgy underground music venues and provocative art.

Our House is nestled between the laneways and courtyards of Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu in Jinjiang District near the 1,600 year old Daci Temple. Once populated by monks, pilgrims and scholars, this sleek complex is popular with Chengdu’s young drifters, creatives and urbanites.

For the best local hangouts, our tea-drinking, hotpot-feasting and fashion-forward Guest Experience team can share their favourite places in Sichuan’s capital.

We’ve also partnered with culture mavens LUXE City Guides who have curated the best places to be and see in Chengdu – from the newest eateries and techno clubs to historic teahouses and homegrown fashion labels.
