Basilcello

Herbaceous, fresh and zesty.

50ml HOUSE GIN
20ml Apple juice
10ml Elderflower syrup
2 Ginger slices
2 Cucumber slices
3 Lemon wedges
4 Basil leaves

Put all ingredients in a shaker and muddle together. Shake vigorously with ice and double strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Tropical, zesty and herbal.

20ml Coconut oil washed HOUSE GIN
20ml Dolin Genepy le Chamois
20ml Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rose
20ml Calamansi juice
3 drops 20% saline solution
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with Makrut lime leaf mist.

3 drops 20% saline solution

50ml HOUSE GIN
Tonic water

Fill a Collins glass with ice, add gin and top with tonic water and gently stir. Garnish with sliced lemon and a sprig of rosemary.

Yunnan Milk Punch

Smooth, sweet and floral.

100ml Rose infused HOUSE Gin
50ml Pu’er tea
30ml Peach liqueur
30ml Lemon juice
20ml Indian gooseberry juice
20ml Lychee syrup
5ml Rose water
10g Yoghurt
60ml Milk
Note: Recipe serves 2-3.

Combine first 7 ingredients; in a separate vessel stir together milk and yoghurt. Pour liquid mixture into yoghurt mixture and let stand for at least 2 hours. Strain through a coffee filter to remove the curds. Serve in a rocks glass over ice with a grapefruit twist.
